Precision TX in Charlotte, NC
Whether you need facial surgery to look younger or just need a little boost to stay youthful, PrecisionTX™ is a great option for you. Board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. David F. Klein, recommends PrecisionTX™ treatments for young and older patients in Charlotte, Salisbury, Harrisburg, Concord and surrounding areas of North Carolina.
What is PrecisionTX™?
What if you could reduce the most common signs of aging without a facelift? Now you can with PrecisionTX™ treatments at Renaissance Plastic Surgery. Also known as a “laser facelift,” PrecisionTX™ is a minimally-invasive procedure that quickly addresses the loose skin and excess fat that gives the lower portion of your face an older, “heavy” appearance.
The treatment works by using safe, medical-grade laser energy to stimulate collagen production in the treatment area. Collagen is important to young skin because it provides a support under the skin. As we get older, our bodies have less collagen, and this is one of the reasons why we develop lines and wrinkles. The treatments also melt excess fat to help with double chins and fullness along the jawline. A small tube is inserted through small incisions to suction out the melted fat.
Benefits of PrecisionTX™
- Works with only one 60-minute treatment
- Produces improvements to your appearance
- Requires less downtime than a facelift
- Alleviates the need for extensive facelift surgery
Who is the Ideal Candidate for PrecisionTX™?
Dr. Klein will recommend PrecisionTX™ treatments for men and women who will benefit from fat reduction and skin tightening in the lower portion of the face, including the chin area and jawline. PrecisionTX™ is also effective for treating a double chin. This is an ideal solution for men and women who do not need or want extensive facial surgery to look younger.
What Do I Need to Do Before PrecisionTX™?
Meet with Dr. Klein for a personal consultation to learn more about the procedure. He will explain how PrecisionTX™ works to give you a refreshed appearance.
How Long Does It Take to Perform PrecisionTX™?
Your PrecisionTX™ treatment will take less than one hour.
What to Expect After PrecisionTX™
No downtime is required after the treatment. The incisions that are needed typically do not require sutures. We will wrap your head with a compression bandage to promote proper healing. You will wear the bandage for four days, and then only use it at night for two weeks. You can return to work within three to five days. If you do have any bruising, it can be hidden with makeup. Swelling should only last two days, and bruising takes about two weeks to resolve.
Will I Have Scars After Getting PrecisionTX™?
Even though the incisions needed for a PrecisionTX™ treatment are much smaller than those required for a facelift, you will develop scars, but they are extremely small.
When Will I See the Results?
You will see the results of your PrecisionTX™ treatment after 48 hours when the swelling has gone down.
How Long Will the Results of PrecisionTX™ Last?
The fat removal aspect of a PrecisionTX™ treatment may be long-lasting, but you can develop fat outside the treatment area. Following an active and healthy lifestyle can help control the development of new fat. The aging process will continue, but you will enjoy a younger appearance for many years before you have to consider another procedure.
How Much Does PrecisionTX™ Cost in Charlotte?
Your cost is based on the treatment plan developed by Dr. Klein during the PrecisionTX™ consultation. We will review this with you after the appointment and explain our payment options. We accept cash, check and major credit cards. Financing is available through CareCredit®.
