5 New Year’s Resolutions for 2013 and for YOU
Are you having trouble thinking of New Year’s Resolutions for 2013? Here are some promises to make to yourself (and keep) in 2013:
1. Have a positive attitude.
Separate yourself from all negativity of 2012, and learn how to approach a negative scenario with a positive attitude.
2. Let go of regrets.
Regrets of 2012 are in the past. Leave them there. 2013 is your year to start fresh.
3. Take action in your life.
Never feel like you’re taking steps backwards. A step backwards is better than inaction. Learn from your mistakes, and move forward.
4. Remove “I can’t” and “It’s too late” from your vocabulary.
You CAN, and you ARE. And it’s never too late to be who you want to be or do what you want to do.
5. Reclaim your confidence.
Confidence isn’t exclusive. Love yourself, and be confident in your abilities. You deserve this.
